Discover how to Farm Shiitake Mushrooms and Snails around Lisbon

Enjoy the beautiful landscapes of Ribatejo while we drive about one hour to the shiitake mushroom farm. After this incredible experience and a great lunch on the farm, we visit a snail farm. Enjoy this experience tasting special snail dishes. We end this incredible day returning to Lisbon and enjoying the countryside sunset.

• Pick-up 10 a.m – From your accommodation
• Arrival to the shiitake mushroom farm and welcome by the producer
• Guided tour at the farm
• Practical mushroom inoculation workshop
• Harvesting experience
• Mushroom tasting and lunch at the farm (risotto of mushrooms, salad, wine, water, fruits of the farm, and coffee)
• Arrival to the snail farm and welcome by the producer
• Guided tour at the farm
• Practical workshop
• Snail picking experience
• Tasting of snails: drinks, appetizers, fried beans and snail feijoada
• Return to Lisbon
