Highlights

Trees that predate the farm itself. Walking among centuries-old olive trees offers a tangible sense of history most olive oil tours simply can’t match.

Cold extraction, seen firsthand. The olive press visit shows exactly how freshness and aroma are preserved in the oil, connecting the tasting to the process behind it.

Organic farming with real depth. Decades of organic know-how support not just olives but a wider range of crops — a genuinely working farm, not a single-product operation.

A calm, unhurried pace. Designed as a relaxed, authentic countryside visit, ideal for food lovers and curious travelers of any age.

A beautiful and authentic experience Hee Kim

Walking among the century-old olive trees was truly special. We learned so much about organic farming and how olive oil is produced, from the grove all the way to the olive press. The tasting at the end was excellent and helped us understand the different flavours of a good quality olive oil. A peaceful and authentic experience in the Alentejo countryside!

Nice Experience! Brian Crumlin

We expected a simple olive oil tasting, but this experience was so much more. Visiting the ancient olive grove and seeing the olive press gave us a completely new appreciation for Portuguese olive oil. The host was welcoming and passionate about the farm, and the tasting of the organic olive oil and olives was delicious. Definitely worth the trip from Lisbon!

Such a lovely way to spend a couple of hours in the countryside. The century-old olive trees are beautiful, and we really enjoyed learning about the farm and the traditional process behind their organic olive oil. Everything felt very personal and relaxed, and the tasting was the perfect way to finish the visit. One of our favourite experiences in Portugal!
