Cork oak forest covers 75% of the estate, making it one of the finest examples of the most sustainable agricultural systems in the world. During the visit, you’ll learn about the ecological importance of cork production and, during the summer months, witness the centuries-old art of cork harvesting, a tradition passed down through generations.
As you explore the estate, immerse yourself in the tranquil landscape shaped by cork oaks, vineyards, and native wildlife, while your guide shares insights into the history, biodiversity, and sustainable practices of the property.

This was a fun, informative, and very tasty experience. Our guide (a recent oenology graduate) was friendly, engaging, and very knowledgeable about everything grown or raised on the property. The jeep ride around the huge farm was pretty cool, including a stop to see the sheep and lambs, and a sighting of rare albino deer. Tasting their wines, olive oil, and walnuts was, of course, the highlight. Highly recommend!
