About the Grape Harvest Experience
Experience an authentic Grape Harvest in Lisbon — a seasonal and hands-on activity that brings you directly into the heart of vineyard life. Set in the Lisbon wine region near historic estates, this experience invites you to take part in grape picking during the harvest season while learning about vineyard practices, local grape varieties and winemaking traditions from knowledgeable hosts.
After harvesting, enjoy tastings of fresh grapes and local wines, complemented with regional snacks. This is a unique cultural and agricultural experience for wine lovers, families and travellers seeking something truly seasonal and authentic near Lisbon.
What’s Included
- Arrival at the winery and welcome by the producer
- We meet at the main house where we’ll hand you Scissors & gloves and instruct the basic grape-picking techniques
- Harvest grapes in the vineyards
- Winery workshop and treading of grapes (Only available from around the 10th of September)
- Lunch & a glass of wine.

The best experience, cannot recommend highly enough. We loved the tour, walking through the vineyards and touring the farmhouse and hearing about the history. All of the wines were incredible (especially the dessert wine!) so much so we made an order to be sent back to the UK. The charcuterie meal was of the highest quality, vegetarian friendly and beautifully paired. Thanks so much everyone!

We had an amazing time! We were first greeted by Pino the family dog who led us straight to the front door. Then we met our guide and sommelier Justa (hope I got the name right) super friendly and very knowledgeable. The vineyard tour, the wine tasting, the charcuterie & cheeses were incredible.
