What's the difference between this and the Reserve tasting?

This Terroir tasting focuses on four red wines exploring both the Douro and Dão regions, while the Reserve tasting includes a white and two reds from the Douro alone.

Is the road to the estate difficult?

The final stretch is a narrow country road - a smaller car is recommended, and it's part of what makes the location so peaceful and remote.

Is this suitable for children?

This experience is for guests 18 and older only.

Is transportation included?

Transportation is not included, but private transfer can be arranged on request.

What is the minimum and maximum group size?

The two buildings were erected in 1764 on different levels and still maintain their original design, with schist walls and tall, wide wooden doors, through which 550-litre Port wine barrels used to pass. This tasting introduces you to the two major Portuguese wine regions: Douro and Dão. Located in Covas do Douro, 90 minutes from Porto — note the final stretch is a narrow country road.
