Immerse yourself in a unique hands-on pottery experience in Alvados, a charming village set in the heart of the Aire and Candeeiros Natural Park. Surrounded by nature, tranquility and inspiring landscapes, this private workshop invites you to disconnect, get creative and discover the ancient art of Portuguese ceramics.

Guided by an experienced artisan, you’ll learn traditional techniques using both hand-building and the pottery wheel, creating at least two unique pieces during your session. Whether you’re a complete beginner or already familiar with clay, this workshop is designed to be relaxing, fun and accessible to all ages.

You can also choose to keep the pieces you create. The artisan will fire and glaze them for you (optional service at an additional cost depending on size — approx. €10 per 500 g of clay).

Perfect for couples, families, groups of friends, creative explorers, and anyone seeking an authentic local experience in one of Portugal’s most beautiful natural parks.
