After the market tour, you’ll head back to our typical Alentejo kitchen in Cano – Sousel, a warm and authentic space designed for this hands-on experience.

Here, you’ll roll up your sleeves and cook side by side with your hosts, learning the techniques and stories behind the region’s most iconic dishes.
