This was a highlight of our trip to Portugal. We really enjoyed learning about the property and process of producing olive oil. An amazing experience that was brought to life by the owner of this family run business. Loved learning about the flavors of the olive oil as well as how to taste it. This experience gave me a much deeper appreciation of olive oil and this farm. I highly recommend visiting.

This was such a wonderful experience. Every time I come to Portugal, I make sure to embark on one learning activity so I get to know the country, the people, the culture. The Alentejo fascinates me and the people who live in it are some of the most authentic people I have met in all my travels. Our host is now part of that group. His vision for his business and the heart, soul and passion he and his family pour into making his Galega olive oil representative of this region's story is something tourists like me support wholeheartedly. I hope to come back again, with the rest of my family next time, and enjoy once more the warm hospitality of the Alentejo people.
