Learn how to use regenerative farming, sustainable living practices and permaculture design principles to grow an abundant, diverse & productive system. Our farm has 8 hectares and is organic certified. With 2 horses and 1 goat, we will also have chickens soon — all free range. We have 250 olive trees, including some that are several hundred years old, a range of mature fruit trees (apple, fig, pear, peach, cherry and more) and we’ve planted many others. We have more than a hectare of vineyard, of all varieties. Some are for making wine but all of them are edible (and delicious!). We promise you will leave inspired, having met people passionate about organic food, sustainable living and nature education.
