About the Urban Wine School
About the Located in the historic Belém neighborhood, This is a unique urban winery inside the city of Lisbon, combining a working winery and cellar door in a stylish 120m² open space. This experience offers an engaging Wine School designed for groups who want to deepen their understanding of wine in a fun and interactive way.
The experience begins with an introduction to wine and wine tasting, covering the fundamentals of winemaking processes and tasting techniques. It is followed by a series of entertaining and self-discovery challenges, such as the Red vs White Challenge, Super Taster Challenge, Ideal Point Challenge, and the Luxury Wine Spender Challenge, making learning both educational and playful.
A Mediterranean food pairing can be added, prepared by an external chef and served in traditional clay pots, with seating for up to 28 guests at one long communal table. Ideal for corporate events, team-building activities, and private groups, this experience lasts 90 minutes, is available during public opening hours or by special arrangement, and requires a minimum of 10 participants.

We booked a private wine tasting tour for my friend’s hen do - David and Catarina we’re so knowledgable and passionate about wine making. We had a really fun day with friends and the owners dog Lili. The wines and food were impeccable! Would strongly recommend a visit to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Just a magical place! Would definitely come back. We had a wonderful time, had the tasting menu of five glasses and got some bread and oilve oil with flor da sal on the house. All wines were delicious and unique. Truly a must if you visit Lisbon.

Had a very enjoyable visit to this Winery. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and love talking about the wines and answer any questions. They have a great selection of wines that all tasted very good. We arrived late a bit before close so could only get a short tour but look forward to going back. If you have a little time and enjoy wine I highly recommend stopping in for a visit.
