The Alenquer Grape Harvest Experience combines nature, culture, and wine education in a fun and immersive setting. You’ll be guided through:

• vineyard paths during harvest season

• grape picking with an expert

• the traditional lagar (pressing area) where grapes are transformed into juice

• the chance to taste wines made from harvested grapes

Throughout the experience, your host will share insights into grape varieties, soil, climate influences, and how the harvest moment shapes the final wine flavor profile.

This experience is suitable for all levels — from first-time grape pickers to wine aficionados who want deeper insight into the harvest and production process.

What You’ll Do

• Meet your host and get introduced to the grape harvest season
• Walk into the vineyard to pick grapes by hand
• Visit the lagar and pressing area to observe traditional tools and techniques
• Taste wines from the estate with local snacks
• Open Q&A about wine, grapes, harvest timing, and terroir
