The Farm-to-Table Experience in Madeira offers a unique journey!
Step onto our working farm for an authentic Madeiran farm-to-table experience — where your meal starts in the fields, not in a kitchen. After a warm welcome drink, you’ll wander through our farm, picking the seasonal fruits, vegetables, and herbs that end up on your plate. From there, you’ll help bring the harvest to the table alongside our hosts, sharing stories and local traditions along the way.
The seasonal menu always features starter, main, and dessert, starring the iconic Madeiran “Espetada” (grilled meat skewer).
Vegetarian and vegan options available on request — perfect for travellers craving something genuine and rooted in local life.

Our farm-to-table dinner experience in Madeira was hands down the highlight of our trip! From the moment we arrived, the setting was breathtaking—watching the sunset over the foothills of Funchal with the ocean in the distance felt like something out of a postcard. The tour of the farm gave us a deeper appreciation for the local ingredients and sustainable practices, which were showcased in every dish we tasted. The dinner itself was phenomenal, featuring authentic Madeiran cuisine prepared with such care and creativity. What made the night even more special was the chance to meet people from all over the world, sharing stories and laughs over a truly unforgettable meal. Andres, our host, was incredible—not only for his culinary skill but also for his warmth and hospitality. This was an experience we’ll cherish forever, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madeira!

What a wonderful night! Between the view, tour of the small farm, the simple yet delicious meal, stories of the family, and a wonderful mixed group we had exceptional time. It was easy to find and getting help for parking was efficient. We are very pleased with the night. If I come back to Madeira I will definitely repeat this experience!

Marvelous experience. Beautiful setting overlooking Funchal (be aware that if you decide to walk there as we did from sea level, it is very steep, not for the timid). The chef delivered a very tasty/plentiful meal in the atmosphere of his garden/home. Great conversation with the other attendees. As the parents of a Michelin starred son, and veterans of many trips to Italy, the chef's version of a rosemary panna cotta with passion fruit was to die for!

Amazing experience! Andre was an incredible host and chef, his property is beautiful with one of the best views in Madeira, I don’t want to spoil the dinner but all the food and wine was incredible! We also met so many friendly people. Thank you so much! We will be sure to come back.
