Highlights
A Winemaker on Board — Not Just a Glass and a Smile Every other sailing tour in Lisbon includes wine as an add-on. Here, a Winemaker is on board for the entire 2 hours, guiding your group through 5 Portuguese wines with full tasting notes, regional background, and food pairing. It’s the kind of experience you’d pay separately for in a wine bar — delivered on the deck of a private sailboat with Torre de Belém in front of you.
Fully Private — Your Sailboat, Your Group, No Strangers The 47-foot sailboat is reserved exclusively for your group from the moment you board. With a maximum of 8 guests, the experience stays intimate and personal throughout. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion, travelling as a couple, or bringing a small group of friends, this is Lisbon the way it should be — without compromises.
Five Wines — That Show the Full Range of Portuguese Winemaking Portugal produces some of the most distinctive wines in Europe, and the tasting is designed to prove it. Moving through 5 completely different styles — from a bright sparkling to a rich fortified — the Winemaker shows you the breadth of what Portuguese winemaking has to offer. Each glass arrives at the right moment, paired with artisan cheese and crackers.
Lisbon’s Greatest Landmarks Seen From the Water Terreiro do Paço, Ponte 25 de Abril, Cristo Rei, Torre de Belém — these are sights most visitors only see from the riverbank. From the deck of a sailboat, moving at the pace of the river, they look entirely different. The tour route is designed to give you time at each landmark, not a rushed glimpse from a distance.
The Lisbon Experience — Worth Travelling For This tour regularly becomes the standout memory of a Lisbon trip. The combination of a private boat, a real wine expert on board, iconic landmarks, and a maximum of 8 guests creates something no land tour or shared river cruise can replicate. If you do one thing in Lisbon that you’ll still be talking about at home — this is it.

What makes this different from other Lisbon boat tours? Two things: it is fully private (maximum 8 guests, no shared sailings), and a Winemaker is on board for the entire experience. Most Lisbon sailing tours include wine as a basic perk. Here, the wine tasting is the centrepiece — led by a specialist who knows exactly what’s in every glass.
Is this a private or shared sailing tour? Fully private. The 47-foot sailboat is reserved exclusively for your group. You will not be joined by other travellers under any circumstances.
Where exactly is the meeting point? Doca de Alcântara, Gate 1 — 50 metres in front of Café Zarco. This is NOT Doca de Santo Amaro. Full address: Estacionamento Alcântara Rocha, 1350-352, Lisbon. Arrive 20 minutes before your departure time.
How many guests can join? Maximum 8 guests. Minimum 2. The private format means the boat is exclusively yours regardless of group size.

What should I wear? Soft-soled shoes are required on deck — no hard soles or high heels. Bring a light layer for the river breeze, even in summer. Sunglasses and sunscreen are recommended for daytime sailings.
