Highlights
Four generations of family beekeeping. Fábio’s expertise is genuinely inherited, not learned from a course — a rare depth of knowledge passed down through his family.
A real, live hive, up close and safe. Suiting up and observing a working colony offers a genuine, hands-on connection most honey tastings don’t include.
Three distinct honeys, three distinct terroirs. Carob Tree, Orange Blossom and Rosemary honeys reveal how local blossoms shape flavor, color and aroma.
A passion that shows. Past guests consistently describe Fábio’s genuine enthusiasm and depth of knowledge as the highlight of the visit.
