With expert guidance from your local host, you’ll take part in hands-on cooking instruction, learn traditional techniques passed through generations, and enjoy the warmth of a homemade meal with fresh ingredients straight from the farm. Following the cooking class, sit down to a full farm-to-table lunch featuring seasonal starters, the delicious blood sausage soup main course, dessert and refreshing drinks.
