The experience begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to codfish’s special place in Portuguese cuisine. Our Chef, who mastered the art of cooking codfish at a renowned restaurant in Porto, leads this experience, sharing secrets and techniques that make these dishes unforgettable.
What’s included
- We start with a traditional codfish appetizer prepared by the Chef in showcooking mode, allowing you to watch the process and enjoy a tasting as the Chef shares tips and insights. Then, it’s your turn: guided by the Chef, you’ll shred the codfish, prepare ingredients, and create the second recipe—a dish chosen for its simplicity so you can easily recreate it at home and share a taste of Portugal.
- After mastering the second recipe, the Chef returns to showcooking mode to prepare a third, more complex codfish dish, offering you a chance to observe, ask questions, and savor the flavors.
- Portuguese wine accompanies the meal, filling the air with aromas that connect local culture to your experience. To finish, we serve a traditional Portuguese dessert, completing this culinary journey.
