We had the most amazing experience with Jose. First, he showed us the farm and told us about their planting methods and the many interesting plants they grow, including orange, lemon, carob, olive, peanut, chickpeas and cork tree just to name a few. We got to feed the donkeys (they are super cute) with aubergines and tomatoes! After this, we picked oranges for ourselves - it was an absolutely lovely experience. But after this came the best part. We were seated in the garden (which was teeming with magnificent monarch butterflies), and Jose served us many different types of incredibly delicious tapas. He is an excellent cook with lots of attention to detail. We had fresh lemonade, delicious homemade jams, refreshing cold tomato soup, figs, melons, cherry tomatoes, and cheese. Apart from the cheese, everything came from the farm, which made the whole experience even better. This was our best experience in Portugal. Jose is an excellent host, very friendly and communicative, and clearly proud of the farm (as he should be!). Wholeheartedly recommend!!

Amazing experience getting to know local portugal farm life, the farmer is really friendly, showed us around and gave us homemade orange juice! Had a really good time and got home 2 bags full with oranges! Worth to visit!!

Went to this farm for an Orange tour experience. Jose the farmer was friendly and very informative and best of all the clementine and oranges tasted very good and sweet! We had fresh orange juice at the end of the tour with some yummy snacks and two large bags of oranges :) I would highly recommend!
