Over 1.5 hours, take a guided visit to the vineyard, winery and cellar, then taste 3 different wines paired with bread and toast. The estate sits at 600 metres altitude, a stone’s throw from the source of the River Caia, with 7.8 hectares of organic vineyards, olive groves, vegetable gardens, native fruit trees and a small cellar surrounding an 11-bedroom farmhouse. This estate has one of the most breathtaking views in the entire Alentejo. At an altitude of 600 metres and a stone’s throw from the source of the River Caia, it has a total area of 7.8 hectares, 4.5 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, 2 vegetable gardens, all kinds of native fruit trees, a chicken coop, garden and wood, all organic and surrounding an 11-bedroom house with a small cellar and all the conveniences of the 21st century — a veritable paradise in the Serra de São Mamede where you can enjoy a wine tasting experience.

This Wine tasting exceeded my expectations. Not only did we sample a fantastic range of wines, but we also learned about the history and culture of wine production in the region. The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing stories about the local grape varieties and winemaking techniques.
