Very nice humble experience if you want to know more about this craft so typical from the are. André was very friendly and welcoming, have preparing a nice Alentejo snack with wine, cheese and chorizo from the area. I likes that the experience was setup in a way that was not pretentious. You get to see the humble facilities and people that work every day behind this business.
