Millenary cheese, explained properly. Learning the history behind Serra da Estrela cheese adds real depth to the tasting that follows.
A real gastronomic reward. Cornbread, chouriço, sheep’s cheese and wine make for a satisfying, authentic finish, not a token nibble.
A Best Seller with a loyal following. Past guests consistently describe this as a warm, memorable escape from city life, thanks in large part to the welcoming hosts.
