Your Own Handmade Piece. Guests choose their own materials and colors to weave a unique decorative piece they take home — a tangible, personal souvenir of the day.

A Slow-Cooked Farmhouse Lunch. The midday meal, a traditional chickpea, pumpkin, and goat stew cooked over an open fire, turns the workshop into a full sensory day in the Algarve countryside.

An Evening by the Fire. The day closes with toasted almonds and medronho, the traditional Algarve spirit, enjoyed as the sun sets over the hills — a warm, social ending to a creative day.

Authentic, fun and very well organized Rachel P.

What a wonderful way to spend a day in the Algarve. Learning how to weave with natural wool and fibres while surrounded by beautiful countryside was both relaxing and inspiring. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, the traditional lunch was delicious, and I loved taking home the piece I created myself. A truly authentic cultural experience

Unique! Emma Klues

This experience exceeded all our expectations. We learned traditional weaving techniques, shared stories around the table, helped prepare local recipes, and finished the day around a fire enjoying roasted almonds and medronho. It felt less like a tour and more like being welcomed into a local family's home. An unforgettable day in rural Algarve
