Itinerary

• Arrival at the winery in Torres Vedras. Welcome from Inês or the team and introduction to the Dory estate and the Gold Experience format.
• Winery visit — guided tour through the production facilities. The guide explains the full Dory range and the choices behind each tier.
• Viticulture workshop — introduction to the viticultural process: the grape varieties grown, the influence of the Atlantic climate on the Torres Vedras wine region, and how the terroir shapes the character of each wine.
• Tasting — Harvest tier: all Harvest wines presented in sequence. The guide explains the production philosophy of the entry tier and the grape varieties used.
• Tasting — Single Variety tier: each varietal wine presented individually. The guide highlights what each grape variety expresses in this specific terroir — including the Alvarinho, Viosinho, and the wines highlighted by Kevin Burk.
• Tasting — Reserva tier: all Reserva wines presented, including the Chardonnay-blend Reserve white and the premium reds. The guide explains the ageing decisions and what distinguishes each Reserva from the corresponding tier below.
