Itinerary

• Arrival at the winery in Freiria, Torres Vedras. Welcome from Inês or the team and introduction to the Special Edition selection and what makes these wines different from the standard Dory range.
• Winery visit — guided tour through the production facilities. The guide explains how the Special Edition wines are produced differently — the parcel selection, the ageing decisions, and the single-variety approach.
• Viticulture workshop — introduction to the viticultural process specific to the Special Edition wines: how single-parcel farming differs from estate-wide production, and why terroir expression matters at this level.
• Tasting — Sparkling wine: presented with production method and why this estate produces a sparkling wine of distinct character.
• Tasting — Parcela wines: each single-parcel wine presented with its specific plot location, the microclimate of that parcel, and how the terroir is expressed in the glass.
• Tasting — Alvarinho 221: presented as a reference wine, with the story of the vineyard designation and what makes this expression distinctive.
