Sugarcane Experience

Enjoy an agricultural experience on a Sugarcane Farm in Madeira!

This experience begins with a visit to the family farm, where you will taste the local products used in our activities, which are preferably of biological origin, of the season, whenever possible.

What is included

• Arrival at the farm and welcome by the producer
• Guided tour of the farm
• Workshop about sugarcane production
• Harvest your own sugarcane (Seasonal – March / April)
• Tasting sugarcane

What is not included

• Transportation to the farm (the farm is located 7 minutes by car and 13 minutes by bus from the center of funchal)
