This experience begins with a visit to the family farm, where you’ll taste local products, preferably of biological origin and in season, whenever possible. Over 2 hours, take a guided tour and workshop on sugarcane production, harvest your own sugarcane (seasonal, March/April), and finish with a sugarcane tasting.
