We are therefore the largest producer of superior quality olive oil (acidity and peroxides< 0.8 and <20 respectively, and without any defects detected in sensory testing).
If you are an olive oil fan and want to learn more about the production techniques of some of the best virgin olive oils in the region, you can’t miss a visit to our mill.
We offer simple guided tour of the mill and olive grove, as well as complete tours with tasting for those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the history of the region and the olive oil extraction process.

Fed up with modified olive oils? I'm fed up with flavorless olive oils, so visit this wonderful mill, a thick, delicious olive oil without that exaggerated bitterness, with excellent quality.
