This 2-hour guided tour takes visitors through the full operation: a walk through the organic gardens where seasonal crops grow under certified biodynamic methods, a visit to the packhouse where the daily organic basket deliveries are prepared, a stop at the production kitchen where surplus produce is transformed into soups, sauces, and jams, and a tour of the bakery where sourdough loaves and cakes are made from scratch. Such a peaceful and authentic experience! Walking through the organic farm and learning about sustainable farming was fascinating. Everything we tasted was incredibly fresh, and you could really feel the passion behind the project. A perfect escape from Lisbon!
