Join us for a hands-on Bottle Blending experience! A 3-hour workshop, during which you will get a chance to master the art of blending our young wines.

Have a great experience cooking in Algarve, from the farm to the table
Participants are welcomed with a coffee in our garden with a beautiful sea view, followed by a guided tour of the orchard and vegetable garden.
After collecting some ingredients directly from our garden (available in season), we will prepare a complete meal, full of rich local flavors.
The menu includes 3 courses (starter, main dish and dessert). Later, our guests will enjoy the menu prepared in a beautiful setting, outdoors in our garden, overlooking the sea (weather permitting).
Drinks are included at Dinner.
Using local products, with an excellent quality and the presentation of the meal is also very important, as we will explain during the class.

Our cooking holidays in Algarve offer a comprehensive hands-on experience designed to teach you to make splendid Portuguese food, covering basic cooking techniques and inspiring you with recipes that are authentic and traditional.
Cooking classes are fun to attend. You learn new dishes, make new friends, and take home new techniques and ideas to make cooking at home more enjoyable. We show you to carefully select the ingredients so you will be able to do it yourself and to prepare all the recipes easily.

Did their evening cooking course with Ines. She was a lovely teacher and explained all about Portuguese cooking traditions. Picking some of the vegetables from the garden was a lovely touch. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a more authentic experience on the south coast. I’d say eating the fruits of labour was the best part.

Had an amazing 3 course dinner with an aperitif and wine. The food was sublime (the octopus was so tender), the view was amazing and the staff were really friendly. What a great experience for a reasonable price! It is a 6-10 minute Uber from the city centre.
